Caregiver / CNA — In-Home Care (Raleigh & Triangle)

L&J Family Home Care LLC is hiring compassionate caregivers and CNAs for in-home support in Raleigh and the Triangle. This is a part-time W-2 role with assignments based on client needs and availability.

You will provide companionship, help with everyday activities, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and authorized personal care such as bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance according to the care plan. Document visits and communicate changes promptly to the agency.

We are looking for dependable applicants with relevant caregiving experience, strong communication, and respect for clients and families. Active CNA credentials are welcome but are not required for every caregiver role. Placement and pay depend on verified experience, credentials, and competency.

Pay: $17–$23 per hour, based on the role and qualifications. Flexible hours; no guaranteed schedule. Employment is subject to onboarding and agency licensing readiness.
