Location: Atlanta
Shift Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays 4:00pm-9:00pm (can vary sometimes)

What You’ll Do:
- As-needed assistance with dressing, toileting (briefs/Depends), and other general ADLs.
- Monitoring home ambulation and accompanying the client on neighborhood walks.
- Serving food and providing specific snacks/fluids as guided by the family.
- Skin condition checks and various dementia care tasks.
- Light housekeeping, including general cleaning and laundry.
Requirements:
- Because of the specialized nature of this role, a minimum of 2 years of experience directly caring for clients with dementia or Alzheimer's is a strict requirement.
- Valid Driver's License and Social Security Card.
- Active CNA license for CNAs (state‑specific) or PCA Test Results for PCAs (or willingness to obtain).
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Recent negative TB test result
- Reliable transportation and the ability to lift/transfer clients safely.
- Basic computer/app skills for daily charting and communication.
- Empathy, professionalism, and a strict commitment to protecting client dignity and privacy.
