Home Health RN / Physical Therapist / Occupational Therapist

Summary: Anova Care, a provider of home care and home health services, is looking for caregivers to join our home care program. In this role, caregivers provide a range of homemaking and personal care services to our clients. Anova Care is one of the fastest-growing home health agencies in Colorado!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living, personal care, and other assignments included in the service plan.
• Assist with daily hygiene activities.
• Provide protective oversight as needed.
• Positioning, transfers, ambulation and exercises.
• Give medication reminders.
• Assist with household chores including cooking, meal preparation, cleaning and laundry.
• Assist in completing activities such as shopping and appointments outside the home.
• Observe and report any changes from normal to the license professional.

Position Qualifications:

• 1 year of caregiving experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation to get to client homes.
• Good attendance, punctuality, teamwork, and a patient / positive attitude!

Hours: Monday – Friday, weekends as needed.
