Caregiver / PCA – McDonough, GA

Position: Caregiver / PCA
Location: McDonough
Schedule: 35+ hours per week | Monday–Friday | Some Saturdays may be required
Pay: $14–16/hr
Start Date: Immediate Start

Job Description:

We are looking for a compassionate and dependable caregiver or PCA to assist a client in the McDonough area. This role involves providing supportive, client-centered care while helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful home environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with standby to moderate care needs
• Assist with bathing and personal care
• Light housekeeping and laundry assistance
• Meal preparation and cleanup
• Assist with transportation and accompaniment to doctor appointments as needed
• Encourage hydration, nutrition, and daily routines
• Observe and report changes in client condition or needs
• Maintain open communication with office staff

Requirements:

• Current CPR certification required
• Current First Aid certification required
• Current TB test required
• Previous caregiving or PCA experience preferred
• Compassion, professionalism, and reliability
• Ability to pass a background check
• Dependable transportation and willingness to assist with doctor appointments
