Weekend CNA PCA and Caregiver Jobs

Sharp Home Care is looking for dependable Certified Nursing Assistants, Personal Care Assistants, and Caregivers to provide one on one, non medical support to seniors and adults in their homes throughout Marietta, Roswell, Austell, Powder Springs, Woodstock, and surrounding Cobb County communities.

We are especially seeking caregivers who have reliable weekend availability and want meaningful work helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Pay

$18.15 to $19.30 per hour

Rates vary according to the client assignment and scheduled shift.

Weekend Opportunities

We are currently hiring CNAs, PCAs, and Caregivers who are available to work weekends. Current cases may also offer additional hours during weekday mornings, overnight periods, PRN coverage, or other open shifts.

Caregivers interested in increasing their hours or moving toward a more consistent schedule are encouraged to apply. Additional full time opportunities may become available as new clients are placed with our agency.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care needs as appropriate
• Support activities of daily living and regular household routines
• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
• Follow individualized care and service plans
• Complete required documentation accurately
• Communicate client needs and concerns with families and the Sharp Home Care team

Qualifications

We welcome candidates with experience as a:

• Certified Nursing Assistant
• Personal Care Assistant
• Caregiver
• Home Health Aide
• Companion Caregiver
• Direct Support Professional

Previous experience in home care, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or another healthcare setting is preferred.

Additional requirements include:

• Reliable transportation and current automobile insurance
• Dependable attendance
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Compassionate, respectful, dependable, and client focused
