ABBA Health Services is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and caring Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team and provide quality care to clients in their homes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance
• Prepare meals and snacks
• Provide medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with activities of daily living
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands when needed
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition
• Follow the client's care plan and agency policies

✅ Qualifications:

• Previous caregiving or homecare experience preferred
• PCA/CNA certification preferred, depending on assignment
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Reliable and compassionate
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to follow care instructions and maintain client confidentiality
• Reliable transportation preferred/required for applicable assignments
• Must be willing to complete required background screening and documentation
