About the Opportunity

Hallmark Homecare of Marietta is a home care referral agency that connects families with independent professional caregivers. We are building a pool of caregivers in the Cartersville area (Bartow and Polk County) to support older adults receiving hospice care as they return home to their families. Caregivers in this role are independent contractors who work directly with the family.

Shift Details

• Per diem, two overnight shifts
• Location: Bartow and Polk County
• Shifts are offered as clients return home, so we will contact you when a family needs coverage

What You Will Do

• Help the patient transition back to the comfort of home
• Assist with bathing and personal care, which is often needed when the patient first arrives
• Provide calm, attentive, and compassionate overnight care
• Offer reassurance and support to the family during a tender time

What We Are Looking For

• Experience caring for seniors receiving hospice care
• Experience with bedbound clients and patients with dementia is a plus
• A patient, gentle, and dependable approach to end-of-life care
• Reliable transportation to Cartersville
• Ability to work overnight hours
