We’re looking for caring and reliable individuals to join our team as Weekday Caregivers, working Monday through Thursday. If you have a heart for helping others and at least one year of experience, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Weekday Caregiver, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our residents feel safe, supported, and cared for. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Providing companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of all residents during your shift.
• Helping with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
• Monitoring residents’ health and reporting any concerns to the appropriate team members.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking individuals who are compassionate, dependable, and ready to make a positive impact. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience.
• A genuine passion for helping others and providing excellent care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for residents.
