Position Summary

We are seeking Experienced Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) with at least 3 years of experience to join our growing team. As a PCA, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing compassionate, hands-on care tailored to their unique needs. Your work will help individuals maintain their independence, dignity, and comfort in the familiar surroundings of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced PCA, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Supporting clients with limited mobility, including lifting, transferring, and maneuvering as needed.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in clients’ health or behavior to ensure their well-being.
• Providing companionship and emotional support to foster a positive and nurturing environment.
• Maintaining a clean and safe living space for clients.
• Following individualized care plans to meet each client’s specific needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who bring:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Care Assistant or in a similar caregiving role.
• The ability to lift and maneuver clients with limited mobility safely and effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients and their families.
• A genuine passion for caregiving and a commitment to upholding the dignity and comfort of each client.
• Reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
