What You’ll Do as a Personal Care Aide

As a Personal Care Aide, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our clients’ well-being and independence. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Helping with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in clients’ health or behavior to the care team.
• Ensuring clients feel respected, cared for, and comfortable at all times.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates who are compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to providing exceptional care. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a caregiving or personal care role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient and empathetic approach to caregiving.
• The ability to work independently and adapt to clients’ unique needs.
